A Rush Consult needs to be approved by Evananda and set-up directly with him - not through the on-line scheduler. 

Ten minutes after I text or email you that I am available, as per your request to speak with me on a RUSH unscheduled basis, the billing period will start. Should you fail to call once advise I am available, your card on file will be charged for a minimum of 30 minutes plus added fees.

If you absolutely need to speak to me between the hours of 5PM & 8:00PM or between 9:30AM & 11AM NYC Eastern Time on weekdays or between 10AM and 5PM on Fridays & weekends AND I agree - you will need to prepay $635.00

This is charged when you need to speak immediately and is in addition to all other charges including RUSH charges. This can be indicated by messaging "Need to speak ASAP" or 911 etc...

Any portion of a call that falls between 11PM & 1:30AM or between 5AM & 6AM is charged $669.00 for each hour or partial hour.

This is in addition to the Extreme After Hours Added Fee.

In addition to all other surcharges, there is a fee of $965.00 added to any call or portion of a call that occurs on and part of the day or night of the weekend, beginning 5PM Friday and ending 7AM Monday or that occurs on a Holiday such as Thanksgiving or Chrismas and that may include the entirety of the Friday of the Thanksgiving weekend.  

With prior approval - such as booking 48 hours in advance - this surcharge may in some cases be waved.
